Reunions

Misawa Family Members are, if nothing else, sociable. We are using the power of the Internet as an effective tool to seek out and find those with whom we served, and to meet others who served in Misawa during time periods different from our own. With many of us interacting on a weekly or even daily basis, we are anxious to meet one another in person anytime the opportunity presents itself. These meetings range from impromptu one-on-one meetings to small, regional mini-reunions to full scale annual reunions.

REUNION ATTENDANCE is open to ALL personnel who served in or are currently serving in "Ops" in any of the following Intelligence Units: USAF Security Service (USAFSS), Electronic Security Command (ESC), AF Intelligence Command (AIC), AF Intelligence Agency (AIA), AF Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency (ISR), 25th Air Force and 16th Air Force (and any future Unit Designations) with NO geographical restrictions. (Includes "Sister Service Members" serving with AF "Ops" personnel.)

You can use the “Contact Us” tab at the top of each Page or the “Request Invitation” tab on the Home Page to receive Reunion Attendance information and/or to be provided a link to register for the next Reunion.

Our very first Annual Reunion was held in Biloxi MS. and since then we have held reunions from Providence, RI to San Diego, CA - from Seattle, WA to Atlanta, GA - from Minneapolis, MN to San Antonio, TX and points in between.

The Misawa 2021 Annual Reunion was held in Norfolk Va.

The 2022 Reunion scheduled to be held in Tucson Az. was cancelled.

The 2023 Annual Reunion was held in Harrisburg/Hershey Pa. from June 29 - July 2, 2023.

The 20th Annual National Misawa Project Reunion was held in San Antonio Texas from August 8, 2024 through August 11th, 2024.

If you are not yet a member of the Misawa Member's SPOKT Site and you served in USAFSS on the "Hill" in “Ops” at Misawa Air Base between January 1949 through September 1979, click on the “Contact Us” Link at the top of each Page or the “Request Invitation” tab on the Home Page and we will send you an invite to become a member.

There are no costs involved to become a member of the site as you have already paid your dues.
